Top notch staff & facility! Vision Specialties came up on my Google Maps as closer vision care facility to me @ that time. I am so delighted they did! What a great group of people who really care about your vision needs. Beautifully designed facility & very modernly decorated…. felt very comfortable. They repaired two pair of my fav sunglasses … the nose pads were bad on both….@ absolutely no charge! Scheduled an eye exam as I haven’t had one in years.. got me right in & were absolutely wonderful & informative ….would not go any where else! Thomas, Madison, DeLaney & Dr. Schramm were very professional & respectful & extremely kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND VISION SPECIALTIES! P.S. “ they have a great selection of name brand frames & sunglasses… bought 2 pairs!!!

The staff were so kind and helpful, Dr. Schramm in particular was such a great eye doctor. He specifically helped my daughter with her tricky prescription. We felt so welcomed and taken care of. They explained everything and went over cost breakdown before we started the appointment (something I was worried about). The staff were so gentle and kind with my kids as well as myself. I have been getting glasses and contacts for 25+ years and the staff here taught me new tricks to care for my eyes- I didn’t even know that was possible.

For the most part everyone who greeted me was great at making me feel welcome & comfortable. Receptionist and primary eye doctor had excellent customer service. Eye doctor also taught me things others haven't before & told me more about my eyes health. It was my first time with them & I would recommend to others and definitely going back for my yearly routine.

The staff here are extremely nice and very helpful. I didn't feel rushed to get in and out. The made sure that the had everything covered. The doctor also informed me that i did not have something others said i did. They didn't try to oversell you on something you didn't need. I really appreciated Julie for taking the time to go over every detail on what works. I would highly recommend this place.
