For the most part everyone who greeted me was great at making me feel welcome & comfortable. Receptionist and primary eye doctor had excellent customer service. Eye doctor also taught me things others haven't before & told me more about my eyes health. It was my first time with them & I would recommend to others and definitely going back for my yearly routine.

Top notch staff & facility! Vision Specialties came up on my Google Maps as closer vision care facility to me @ that time. I am so delighted they did! What a great group of people who really care about your vision needs. Beautifully designed facility & very modernly decorated…. felt very comfortable. They repaired two pair of my fav sunglasses … the nose pads were bad on both….@ absolutely no charge! Scheduled an eye exam as I haven’t had one in years.. got me right in & were absolutely wonderful & informative ….would not go any where else! Thomas, Madison, DeLaney & Dr. Schramm were very professional & respectful & extremely kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND VISION SPECIALTIES! P.S. “ they have a great selection of name brand frames & sunglasses… bought 2 pairs!!!

The staff here are extremely nice and very helpful. I didn't feel rushed to get in and out. The made sure that the had everything covered. The doctor also informed me that i did not have something others said i did. They didn't try to oversell you on something you didn't need. I really appreciated Julie for taking the time to go over every detail on what works. I would highly recommend this place.

The staff were so kind and helpful, Dr. Schramm in particular was such a great eye doctor. He specifically helped my daughter with her tricky prescription. We felt so welcomed and taken care of. They explained everything and went over cost breakdown before we started the appointment (something I was worried about). The staff were so gentle and kind with my kids as well as myself. I have been getting glasses and contacts for 25+ years and the staff here taught me new tricks to care for my eyes- I didn’t even know that was possible.

I’ve been coming to Vision Specialists for a couple years, and Dr. Kate is the most thorough eye doctor I’ve ever been to! She checks aspects of my eye health that previous doctors hadn’t checked or spoken about. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and I feel like I understand my eye health so much better. The staff is also wonderful and very professional. I recently had an emergency and the whole office was so accommodating about making sure I was taken care of. The office also has a great selection of glasses, and they are helpful without being pushy. My experience here has been wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone!

I went in without an appointment because one of my contacts had split, leaving a piece in my eye that was too difficult for me to extract on my own, and was causing me a lot of pain. Im not even a patient of theirs, I only went in because it was an emergency and this office was the nearest optometrist. Despite this, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Not only did they extract the piece of lens from my eye, the doctor also checked to make sure my cornea wasn’t scratched. While I was there, Tom the optician noticed that my glasses were sitting a little crooked and offered to fit them for me. It’s obvious he’s very experienced, because not only did he take the time to fit them perfectly, he did so in a way that wouldn’t put too much pressure on the sides of my head, since I told him I suffered from migraines. Everyone there was so friendly and professional that even though I went in with pain, I left with a smile on my face. They turned a miserable experience into a good one, and I will definitely be going back when it’s time for a new prescription.

This place is fabulous. Dr. Kate Holthaus is so nice. She really puts you at ease throughout the whole process and has great recommendations for the long term health of my eyes. The rest of the staff was super helpful too. They spent a time helping me pick out my new frames. They had new, cool technology to check your eyes and the building was sleek and well designed. As someone who has spent some time in an eye doctor’s office, this one was really nice. Would definitely recommend.

THANK YOU to Dr. Kate and her staff. I appreciate being treated both warmly and professionally from my first visit to my follow up appointment. I was educated on the health of my eyes which was really impressive. Dr. Kate I am especially grateful for the time you put forth to making sure I was comfortable with the new prescription. . .3rd time was the charm and I can honestly say I am pleased! Thank you for being true to your word that you would work WITH me until we found the best fit. I realize you are a new practice and I wish you the best for continued success.

Cannot say enough great things about this company, their beautiful facility, their helpful and attentive staff and just the overall experience you get by working with them. They have countless options and all affordable, there is no way you walk out the door without finding multiple pairs to pick from. Staff is very knowledgable and helpful in trying to determine which styles would be best for your facial structure which can be overwhelming to navigate on your own. Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you guys for being so passionate and great at your jobs!
