The staff here are extremely nice and very helpful. I didn't feel rushed to get in and out. The made sure that the had everything covered. The doctor also informed me that i did not have something others said i did. They didn't try to oversell you on something you didn't need. I really appreciated Julie for taking the time to go over every detail on what works. I would highly recommend this place.

I’ve been coming to Vision Specialists for a couple years, and Dr. Kate is the most thorough eye doctor I’ve ever been to! She checks aspects of my eye health that previous doctors hadn’t checked or spoken about. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and I feel like I understand my eye health so much better. The staff is also wonderful and very professional. I recently had an emergency and the whole office was so accommodating about making sure I was taken care of. The office also has a great selection of glasses, and they are helpful without being pushy. My experience here has been wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone!

Xavier is phenomenal! I work with kids so i constantly have glasses accidents and he is always so willing to help, and gets me out in a timely manner, HIGHLY recommend Vision Specialists 🙂

I went in without an appointment because one of my contacts had split, leaving a piece in my eye that was too difficult for me to extract on my own, and was causing me a lot of pain. Im not even a patient of theirs, I only went in because it was an emergency and this office was the nearest optometrist. Despite this, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Not only did they extract the piece of lens from my eye, the doctor also checked to make sure my cornea wasn’t scratched. While I was there, Tom the optician noticed that my glasses were sitting a little crooked and offered to fit them for me. It’s obvious he’s very experienced, because not only did he take the time to fit them perfectly, he did so in a way that wouldn’t put too much pressure on the sides of my head, since I told him I suffered from migraines. Everyone there was so friendly and professional that even though I went in with pain, I left with a smile on my face. They turned a miserable experience into a good one, and I will definitely be going back when it’s time for a new prescription.

This place is fabulous. Dr. Kate Holthaus is so nice. She really puts you at ease throughout the whole process and has great recommendations for the long term health of my eyes. The rest of the staff was super helpful too. They spent a time helping me pick out my new frames. They had new, cool technology to check your eyes and the building was sleek and well designed. As someone who has spent some time in an eye doctor’s office, this one was really nice. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve gone to Vision Specialists twice, and both visits have been exceptional. I never feel rushed, and everyone, from the front desk to the tech (Xavier today) to the doctor (Dr. Keefer) are always so nice and helpful. They’re very communicative, always walking you through every test and the status of your eye health. Since I have MS, I have to go somewhere I trust - Vision Specialists fit the bill! Will always recommend.

Cannot say enough great things about this company, their beautiful facility, their helpful and attentive staff and just the overall experience you get by working with them. They have countless options and all affordable, there is no way you walk out the door without finding multiple pairs to pick from. Staff is very knowledgable and helpful in trying to determine which styles would be best for your facial structure which can be overwhelming to navigate on your own. Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you guys for being so passionate and great at your jobs!

Delaney was outstanding. Not only does she do the job well, but it is clear that she knows very well what she’s doing, because she carries out her tasks with such ease and thoroughness that it allows her patients to simply relax while they’re in her care. Great ‘bedside’ manner. They are lucky to have her.

I’m so glad I found this clinic when I moved here several years ago. The entire staff is always warm and welcoming, and you feel like they truly care about your eye health. I’ve seen a few of their doctors and was specifically impressed with Dr. Cheatham. He spent time talking through my issues and walked me through his recommendations. I trust his professional experience and perspective. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Cheatham.

From start to finish, it was a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the doctor was thorough, a professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a new eye doctor. The help didn’t stop there either. When I was struggling to choose frames (I’m picky and indecisive 😬), they were patient and made the process feel easy. And when I couldn’t find a pair, they offered to order options in different colors of the ones I thought were a possible match, so I could compare and find the best fit!

I am completely thrilled our family was recommended to this clinic. Every single staff member was loving and patient with my kids who were a little nervous about their first eye check up. I felt like they were extremely thorough with their testing and explained everything so so well so I knew and understood what every step and process was showing us. I learned so much about my kids eye health in just two visits and I feel so excited that they will be able to not struggle in school because of their eyes anymore.
