If you’re coming from the north, take I-29 S south to exit 55 toward N 25th Street. Turn left onto N 25th Street at the exit, passing Steffes Motors Sales & Services on your right in 0.1 mi. In another 0.2 mi, you’ll pass Roberts Park on your right. Turn right onto W Broadway in 0.6 mi more. Turn right into the driveway in about 500 ft, and we’ll be on your right.

If you’re coming from the east, take IA-92 W towards Little Silver Creek. 1 mi after you pass Casey’s on your left, turn right onto Harry Langdon Blvd. In 1.7 mi you will pass LPL’s Restaurant & Pub on your left, then in 0.2 mi continue onto S 3rd St. Turn left onto 9th Ave in 0.4 mi, then turn right onto S 8th St in 0.6 mi. Follow S 8th St. for 1.5 mi before turning left onto W Broadway. Turn right immediately into the driveway, and we’ll be on your right.

The staff here are extremely nice and very helpful. I didn't feel rushed to get in and out. The made sure that the had everything covered. The doctor also informed me that i did not have something others said i did. They didn't try to oversell you on something you didn't need. I really appreciated Julie for taking the time to go over every detail on what works. I would highly recommend this place.

This was my first visit and I was thoroughly impressed. I’ve been going to the same eye dr for years and they couldn’t get me in for four months. Vision Specialists got me in for a late afternoon appt in a week. Everything was thoroughly explained, they helped me navigate insurance and order contacts. Professional and helpful, I’ll be going there from now on.

I’ve been coming to Vision Specialists for a couple years, and Dr. Kate is the most thorough eye doctor I’ve ever been to! She checks aspects of my eye health that previous doctors hadn’t checked or spoken about. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and I feel like I understand my eye health so much better. The staff is also wonderful and very professional. I recently had an emergency and the whole office was so accommodating about making sure I was taken care of. The office also has a great selection of glasses, and they are helpful without being pushy. My experience here has been wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone!

I went in without an appointment because one of my contacts had split, leaving a piece in my eye that was too difficult for me to extract on my own, and was causing me a lot of pain. Im not even a patient of theirs, I only went in because it was an emergency and this office was the nearest optometrist. Despite this, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Not only did they extract the piece of lens from my eye, the doctor also checked to make sure my cornea wasn’t scratched. While I was there, Tom the optician noticed that my glasses were sitting a little crooked and offered to fit them for me. It’s obvious he’s very experienced, because not only did he take the time to fit them perfectly, he did so in a way that wouldn’t put too much pressure on the sides of my head, since I told him I suffered from migraines. Everyone there was so friendly and professional that even though I went in with pain, I left with a smile on my face. They turned a miserable experience into a good one, and I will definitely be going back when it’s time for a new prescription.
